Dang it

I tire of my posts not showing up on my computer. That's the only purpose for this post...to see if it will make my last one show up. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but I figured it would be worth a shot. That's all I have time for right now. I'm out. Later days!

Howdy

I know I've been bad about keeping up with this, and I apologize. College has been busy for me. If I'm not in class or playing soccer, I'm spending many hours in the library studying. But, overall I'm having a good time. There have been "speed bumps" here and there, but we're getting over them. I'm learning to take it one day, one step at a time. That's never been easy for me, but I'm learning. Comments are always nice...it lets me know you're not dead. All for now. Later days!

Home again

After three and a half weeks at Union, I'm finally home for the weekend. It was really weird driving back. It seems like it's been forever since I've been here, but it also seems like it hasn't been that long at all. Of course, the first thing I did when I got back was get straight of the interstate and go over to work and see everyone. It was great. I enjoyed seeing everyone again. And I'm excited about going to church tonight and seeing all my friends there. It has been weird being away though. While I've been gone, two of my friends have gotten engaged. That to me is really, really weird. I dunno. It's also been weird doing homework. I've never really had to before, and now it's all I do. I've got three papers due for Tuesday (that's just for one class) and homework for my other classes too. I was a little overwhelmed at first, but I realized if I take it one step at a time and not worry so much, it makes things so much easier. Oh yeah! I actually went to a party at school! haha, for anyone that knows me, they know that the whole party scene is really not my thing, but I went and had fun. I've been invited to a few frat parties too, but I have yet to go to one of those. ;) Anyway, that's pretty much all that's been going on with me. Soccer has been amazing. We won our first game, and Varsity has won their first two games. They have one tomorrow night at Union at 4 for anyone who wants to come and support the Lady Bulldogs! I'll be there if nothing else!
